LESSONS

The Neuroforce swing evaluation begins with a baseline assessment of video, launch monitor and force plate data.  Wrightbalance determination of core region, stance width and grip size is then performed.  Once obtained swing evaluation is repeated with repeat data collection.  Core optimization is discussed and taught as a way to control multiple swing plane based launch parameters.  Specific body measurements are performed and importance discussed in terms of in individual optimal swings. External cues and drills are provided and discussed.

Other areas addressed include pre-shot routine and importance for golf shot execution, ball flight laws, testing and course management with extensive use of golf course simulation.​
